Weekly Homework Starting 10/02

Here's the homework for the week:

Oral Language:
We have another week of the Aistear topic 'Outer Space' so make sure to take a look at our Oral Language sheet and have a chat about all the vocabulary and facts we have been learning in school!

Reading:
The children have new readers in their folders. Please make sure all readers are brought back in on Wednesdays and Fridays so we can listen to the reading and change the books each week.

Writing:
Here are the dictation words for the week:

Day 1:            mouth         mouth         mouth         mouth     

Day 2:            cloud          cloud           cloud          cloud        

Day 3:            around        around        around        around         

Day 4:            shout          shout          shout          shout   

Tricky Words and Worksheet:
New - four, goes (please practice reading these each night and try to think of some sentences with these words in them)

Sounds Worksheet (ou sound):
Please complete the 'ou' worksheet and have a look at this video with loads of 'ou' words☺
